Experience

I led the UX work on Markets Pro from the start. Together with the team, I reviewed the end-to-end user experience of our product, while specifically focusing on the application, activation, and onboarding experience of Markets Pro.

As the team lead, I rebuilt the design system with a new technical architecture, refreshed components, improved accessibility, added a new icon system, updated the documentation with pattern and usage guidelines, and established new cross-team communication processes (e.g., office hours and design system ambassadors).

I led the design for the "Services" feature, transforming the BRYTER platform and creating new customer use cases. Additionally, I led the design for the early project needs of the editor (e.g. version history) and admin console (e.g. user management) in various teams.

Provided design support for white-label products and contributed to research for Clark's expansion into new countries.

Led design for "Advanced VAT Return" feature, including designing, prototyping, and user-testing. Conducted onboarding and growth experiments and supported leadership team in reframing company vision through concepts, experiments, workshops, and early prototypes.

Designed a mobile-first web app for warehouse management. Contributed to designs and high-fidelity prototypes of an Android scanner app. Led internal design system processes for web and Android, including design principles, guidelines, and component libraries.
